JAAI Member Professor Ardiansyah Receives Appointment at Universitas Bakrie

JAAI is pleased to congratulate our esteemed member, Professor Ardiansyah, S.TP., M.Si., Ph.D., on his recent appointment as Professor in the field of Food Chemistry and Biochemistry at Universitas Bakrie.

Professor Ardiansyah’s appointment was officially recognized during a ceremony held at Universitas Bakrie. The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests from Universitas Bakrie, LLDIKTI Wilayah III, and other institutions.

During the ceremony, speeches were delivered by Prof. Sofia W Alisjahbana, Ibu Ratna Indira Nirwan Bakrie, and Ibu Prita Ekasari. Professor Ardiansyah himself also presented a speech focusing on the potential of bekatul (rice bran) as a functional food.

The ceremony attendees acknowledged Professor Ardiansyah’s significant contributions to the field of food science. His appointment is a testament to his expertise and is expected to further propel the development of functional foods in Indonesia.
